My name is Bianca Plant, Registered Dietitian and Cookbook Author of Eating God’s Way! Chronic disease prevention is the mission by incorporating healthier ways of cooking and by promoting lifestyle changes. My aim is to provide inspo on how to build balanced meals and snacks that reduce the stress of mealtimes for on-the-go lifestyles.
