Where there's a will, there's a way! Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard nor does it have to be expensive for that matter.  On recent trips to the Dollar Tree and other 'Dollar' stores, Eating God's Way has found some healthy items that can be incorporated on a daily for literally just $1!

Although fresh fruit and vegetables are rarely found at 'Dollar' stores, supporting your local Farmer's Markets usually has the most cost efficient and in season produce than your large supermarkets and you'll also know where the produce derived from too!
